Parterre Gymnastics & Conditioning
We focus on developing the physical skills necessary for your ballet training through different exercises. These include:
- Exercises to strengthen and develop foot mobility.
 - Exercises to establish shoulder-hip alignment on the floor. The objective here is to ensure that the student learns the key notions, which will later help him/her to ensure a correct upper body position when standing.
 - Exercises to develop the twist
 - Exercises to develop flexibility
 - Exercises to develop back strength and understand the abdominal muscles.
